Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of £350 GBP is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the start of the tour.

  • Payments can be made securely via our online portal or through the payment link provided upon registration.

Included in Tour Fees

Tour fees cover the following:

  • Hotel accommodation for the full duration of the tour

  • Daily breakfast

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off

  • Welcome dinner

  • Entry fees for all scheduled sites and attractions

  • Private minibus transportation

  • Driver and professional tour guide services

Not Included

Guests are responsible for:

  • International airfare to and from Africa

  • Travel insurance

  • Lunch and dinner (except for the welcome dinner)

  • Personal expenses, tips, and optional activities

  • Any airline-related delays or cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms will apply:

  • More than 60 days before the tour start date: Deposit of £350 is non-refundable; any additional payments made will be refunded.

  • 30–59 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.

  • No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the tour once it has commenced.

  • Africa Homeland Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of tour fees will be issued. Please note that we are not responsible for any airline, visa, or personal expenses incurred.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed baggage.
